Heart for Heartworms Raffle - RAFFLE HAS ENDED
Help mend a heart this Valentine's Day!
24 dogs are on their way to the Humane Society from the Bahamas on Thursday, February 11th; each and every one infected with heartworms. Heartworms can cause respiratory illness, heart damage and ultimately lead to the death of these loving animals.
You can help save their lives.
On average, it costs $725 per dog to treat heartworms. It takes lab-work, 3 separate injections of Diroban, pain medication, antibiotics and Tri-heart meds to get each dog ready to adopt.
You can help by purchasing a raffle for a chance to win a "heartfelt" giftset donated by Meredith Balasco & Letitia McKibbon.
