Hello everyone! My name is Nate. I take care of stray cats that come near my house, with the eventual goal of TNVRing cat populations to prevent the spread of deadly diseases (like rabies, distemper, heartworms, leukemia, etc.)
The main organization that helps control these diseases in animals is the Humane Society. They run a TNVR program that vaccinates over 40,000 animals (cats included) along with an animal shelter that saves 10,000 lives every single year. However, they are running out of supplies and spaces, especially as we move into the summer months, and they desperately need our help.
If you live in Florida, you can help the animals of your area by donating to the Humane Society today. We have a goal of at least 250 dollars by October, which will provide the Humane Society critical supplies that they need to keep the animals of this state healthy and happy all throughout Summer!
