Critter Careers Camp Registration for Summer 2023 is now open for children aged 11-13 (Entering Grades 6-8)!

Your child can Join us for a fun and rewarding summer camp experience that also benefits our homeless animals!

During this special hands-on summer camp program, campers will learn about a variety of different animal careers, animal behavior and training, animal conservation efforts, what the HSTB does and how we are helping animals in our community, and much more. Campers will help with shelter activities, enjoy guest speakers, tour the animal hospital, learn about animal conservation efforts, and, of course, spend lots of time with our shelter animals while learning about different animal-related careers.  Campers will be expected to participate in all activities, so being comfortable around animals is recommended. 

Critter Careers Camp is overseen by a certified teacher and volunteers who have been trained for the program. This is a hands-on camp, so there is very limited seating and availability.

When: Specific Weeks | 9 AM–4 PM

Cost: $350 per session per child (includes camp t-shirt and Friday pizza party)

Cancellation policy: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested 14 days before the start date of the camp registered for. Extenuating circumstances after the 14 day window will be reviewed by our CEO on a case-by-case basis.
