Cancellation policy: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested 14 days before the Birthday Party Date. If the party is cancelled less than 14 days before the party date, the party can either be rescheduled, or you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid for the party.

Requirements (please read and ackowledge below):

All dogs who attend a party at HSTB must be current on their vaccinations.
We do not recommend bringing a puppy who has not been fully vaccinated to a party.
Owners are respsonsible for their pet's behavior and for cleaning up after them.
HSTB is not repsonsible for any illness or injury that may occur during the party.
