Meet Tinsel, a 2-month old kitten who found herself in an agonizing situation - completely tangled up in wire garden fencing that was bound to a flower pot. The HSTB Rescue team was called and rushed to help her. They were able to detach the scared little kitten from the flower pot, but could not safely remove the wire until they got to the shelter and could sedate her to cut it away from her fur.
At the shelter, she received medical care, plenty of food and love, and a warm place to sleep. She was soon put into the foster program to help her trust humans so she could eventually find her forever home.
