We are partnering with the Junior League of Tampa for a special shelter pet reading event on November 16th from 10am to 1pm. We invite young animal lovers (best for ages 4 – 10) to share some kindness with the shelter animals by reading to them and giving them some yummy treats. Registered children will receive a free book and activity bag, courtesy of a grant from the Junior League of Tampa. There is no cost to register for this event.

We will have story time, and kids will be able to make treats to give to the animals, read to the animals, and visit with some furry friends! Sign up to reserve your spot today!

The event will take place in the 2nd Floor Training Room at the main shelter building, 3607 N. Armenia Avenue.
