Fran was an avid supporter of many animal care and rescue organizations. She was also the proud mom to many of her own cats and dogs. Fran always had high regards for the Humane Society because of the great work they do to care for animals. The family is requesting memorial donations be made in Fran’s name to the Humane Society of Tampa.
